Bring clients into the Jeraa ecosystem and help implement and guide their systems — with higher earning potential tied to deeper involvement.

How Earnings Work

  • Commissions are earned when a referred client becomes a paying customer.

  • Earnings may vary depending on your partner pathway, product tier, or promotional incentives.

  • Recurring commissions continue while program guidelines are followed and (if applicable) delivery responsibilities are maintained.

Promotion Expectations

We ask all partners to promote Jeraa honestly and professionally.

That means:

  • No misleading income claims

  • No impersonating Jeraa staff

  • Always follow FTC disclosure and ethical marketing guidelines.

Your Role as a Partner

  • Affiliates focus on referrals.

  • Implementation Partners stay more hands-on in guiding client systems.

Either way — you remain an independent collaborator, not an employee or legal business partner.

Program Overview

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Jeraa Marketing.

The Jeraa Partner Network offers multiple collaboration pathways designed to support ethical promotion and delivery of Jeraa Marketing services and systems.

These pathways may include:

  • Affiliate Partners — Individuals who refer clients and earn commissions based on successful referrals.

  • Implementation Partners — Agencies, consultants, or service providers who refer clients and collaborate within the Jeraa ecosystem to implement growth systems.

The term “Partner” describes collaboration within the Jeraa ecosystem and does not imply a legal partnership, employment, agency relationship, or joint venture unless explicitly defined in a separate written agreement.

Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards

  • Operate in a manner consistent with Jeraa’s brand values and client experience expectations

Jeraa Marketing reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.

Partner Responsibilities & Compliance

Partners must adhere to all applicable laws and professional standards.

Compliance Requirements

  • Follow CAN-SPAM regulations and applicable marketing laws

  • Avoid unsolicited or deceptive outreach

  • Maintain honest representation of Jeraa services

Trademark Usage

Partners may NOT use or register domains or assets containing:

  • “Jeraa Marketing”

  • “Jeraa CRM”

  • Any Jeraa-branded terms or confusing derivatives

Content & Conduct

Partners must not:

  • Disparage Jeraa Marketing or its representatives

  • Misrepresent services or pricing

  • Promote through offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content

Participation signifies agreement to maintain ethical and professional conduct.

Commissions & Earnings

Commission structures may vary depending on:

  • Partner pathway (Affiliate or Implementation Partner)

  • Product tier (CORE Basic, CORE, CORE+, GLOW, or future offerings)

  • Promotional incentives or campaigns

Specific earning details are provided through onboarding materials or the partner portal.

Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned when:

  • A referred client completes payment

  • The client remains in good standing

  • Program guidelines are followed

Recurring commissions are contingent upon continued compliance and, where applicable, active participation in delivery responsibilities.

Jeraa Marketing reserves the right to adjust commission structures with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are issued via PayPal unless otherwise agreed.

  • Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD

  • Payouts typically occur 30–60 days after confirmed payment.

Tax Requirements

  • U.S. partners must submit a completed W-9 before payouts exceeding $600 annually.

  • International partners are responsible for local tax compliance.

Payment Information Requirements

Partners must provide:

  • Legal or business name

  • Valid email address

  • PayPal payout address

  • Mailing address

  • Tax identification information if required

Jeraa Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

Chargebacks & Refunds

If a commission is paid on a transaction later refunded or disputed, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.

Promotion & Marketing Guidelines

Partners agree to promote Jeraa Marketing ethically and accurately.

You may NOT:

  • Make misleading income claims

  • Guarantee business outcomes or results

  • Misrepresent yourself as a Jeraa employee

  • Use deceptive marketing tactics

All promotions must comply with:

  • FTC disclosure guidelines

  • CAN-SPAM regulations

  • Applicable advertising laws

Brand Usage & Intellectual Property

Partners may use approved Jeraa Marketing logos, language, and resources provided through official channels.

You may NOT:

  • Alter branding without permission

  • Create imitation websites or misleading funnels

  • Register social handles that imply official representation

Brand guidelines may be updated periodically.

Advertising Restrictions

Unless explicitly authorized:

  • Do not bid on Jeraa-branded terms in paid ads

  • Do not impersonate official Jeraa accounts

  • Do not run retargeting that implies official affiliation without approval

Violations may result in removal from the program.

Confidentiality

Partners may receive access to internal resources, pricing details, or proprietary systems.

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all non-public information

  • Use resources solely for approved collaboration purposes

  • Not share internal materials without written consent

Implementation Partner Responsibilities

Implementation Partners participating in client delivery agree to:

  • Maintain professional communication standards

  • Represent Jeraa Marketing accurately as the technology provider

  • Deliver services aligned with onboarding expectations

Failure to meet delivery standards may result in adjustment or removal of recurring commissions tied to active participation.

Prohibited Content

Grounds for immediate termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent referrals

  • Self-referrals or commission abuse

  • Unauthorized brand representation

  • Harassment, unethical conduct, or reputational harm

Jeraa Marketing reserves the right to remove partners at any time if actions are deemed harmful to clients or brand integrity.

Termination

Either party may end participation at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred

  • Outstanding commissions that are valid and due will be paid in the next payout cycle post-termination, unless termination was for breach of terms.

  • Access to partner resources will be revoked

  • Recurring commissions may cease depending on the involvement level and compliance

Independent Relationship

Participation in the Jeraa Partner Network does NOT create:

  • Employment

  • Legal partnership

  • Agency relationship

  • Joint venture

Partners operate as independent collaborators.

Limitation of Liability

Jeraa Marketing is not responsible for:

  • Loss of income or opportunity

  • Business performance outcomes

  • Third-party platform interruptions

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

Miscellaneous

Website Availability & Security

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our websites or services. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security and backup practices.

Indemnification

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeraa Marketing from claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.

Policy Updates

Jeraa Marketing may update this policy periodically.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Acceptance

By applying to the Jeraa Partner Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and Code of Conduct.
